COWI, a leading international engineering consulting group, has been awarded a contract by Thistle Wind Partners (TWP), a joint venture involving DEME, Qair and Aspiravi, with a focus on Scottish offshore wind development. Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. announced that it has executed a two-year contract extension with a subsidiary of bp in the US Gulf of Mexico for the Ocean BlackHornet, commencing in February 2025.
