Waterford Energy Services Inc. (www.wesi.ca) will be hosting a renewable energy conference—FloatMed—focused on floating wind and solar development in the Mediterranean region. This event is targeted towards technology providers, developers, financial institutions, government stakeholders, and others to stimulate discussion around the ambitions of development. Speakers and sponsors are being finalized as we prepare for this memorable event.

The Mediterranean presents an ideal hub for renewable energy generation. Waterford Energy Services Inc. and the FloatMed Conference steering committee are seizing this exciting opportunity to fully engage with the abundant prospects present in this region.

Working to expand international relations and business developments, there is a wide array of presentation topics looking to target all contributors to offshore renewable development. There will be ten sessions over three days of educational and inspirational presentations that will highlight anything from developers, financial discretion, or University involvement. This conference anticipates covering it all.

There is a wide range of challenges to kick off any new industry, whether environmental, technical, legal, or otherwise.
