Rowe Technologies, Inc. [RoweTech] has announced the appointment of Ransone Technology Associates [RTA] as an exclusive agent for distribution in the following states of the Mid-Atlantic region – Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North and South Carolina, Washington DC, and GSA contracting. RTA will be selling and supporting their equipment across the region.
Rowe designs, develops, and manufactures ADCPs [Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers] for applications in oceans, lakes and rivers. Rowe ADCP/DVLs are used on AUVs and ROVs in coastal and deep ocean applications. Rowe manufactures products using the most established and modern acoustic Doppler sonar technologies in a broad and versatile product line of high performance electronics for current profile and bottom vehicle-tracking velocity measurements.
Ray Mahr of RoweTech says that “we are excited about the addition of RTA to our team of agents throughout the USA and the world, especially as they are so well-respected in the oceanographic and hydrographic communities.”
The RTA agreement is one of many that RoweTech has with key agents worldwide, and the addition of Chic Ransone adds another agent with extensive experience in the oceanographic and hydrographic markets. Chic Ransone states “that he is looking forward to providing these leading edge Doppler acoustic products to the broad market he represents”. Chic has been active in the marine representation market place for more than 30 years.
