The new waterfront facility is a significant step for CSA and is needed to accommodate our expanding regional consulting and survey operations. The office provides more space for our growing team of scientists and operational staff, as well as dockage for our nearshore and coastal survey fleet. The expanded facility provides additional office space as well as shop space to store and maintain survey equipment and environmental sampling equipment. As a fully functional marina, the location is ideal for providing in-water vessel mobilization, maintenance, and support. The facility is well positioned to support marine operations in the surrounding area with a fleet of coastal and nearshore Research Vessels and autonomous survey vessels (ASVs).
“CSA is focused on growing our team and capabilities in the North East region. We’re excited to be part of the rapidly expanding Wind Farm Renewables Industry, bringing our advanced technology and innovative survey vessels and equipment to the region. We are most excited about the opportunity to recruit new team members in the region, giving us a local capability that understands and supports local needs and opportunities.” stated Kevin Peterson, CSA’s Chairman and CEO.
“As a Rhode Island native and environmental consultant with a long history of working in the Northeast, this office and location is an ideal fit for our needs and expanding presence in the region,” stated Bob Erickson, CSA’s Northeast Regional Manager.
