Sarcos Technology and Robotics Corporation (“Sarcos”), a leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced robotic systems, solutions, and software that redefine human possibilities, has fulfilled an order from Atlantas Marine (“Atlantas”) for two Guardian Sea Class robotic systems and a support package. Sarcos delivered the systems in the third quarter of 2023.
HUGIN Endurance, launched in 2021, is the largest member of Kongsberg Discovery’s HUGIN family of AUVs. Measuring approximately 11 meters in length, with a diameter of 1.2 meters and weighing around 8,000 kg, it is rated to a depth of 6,000 meters and designed to facilitate independent multi-role operations spanning approximately 2,200km or 1,200 nautical miles.

Glasgow-headquartered Sulmara has placed the order with Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. for several of its Wave Adaptive Modular Vessels (WAM-V), a dual-hull Uncrewed Surface Vessel (USV) which specialises in near-shore data collection.
ELWAVE deployed its new active electrics sensor Octopulse in September 2023 for an UXO survey on EFGL (Eoliennes Flottantes du Golfe du Lion) floating offshore wind farm site. This survey was carried out with ELWAVE’s Octopulse sensor based on its patented CEDAR® technology providing accurate and high-sensitivity electrical impedance cartography of the area surrounding the wind farm.
