If you are a technical or financial expert in the ocean energy sector, you can sign up to the European Commission expert database.
The Commission has had a shortage of evaluators specialized in ocean energy. If you are an expert on one or several ocean energy technologies and are not applying for the next calls yourself, make sure to sign up as an expert!
