With over 20 years of experience, Debbie has led efforts in integrating acquired businesses, digitizing HR systems, and launching inclusive well-being programs that have improved culture and retention.
Fiona Reeks, Vice President of Human Resources at Unique Group, was named HR Leader of the Year in recognition of her transformative leadership and strategic vision. Leading a global workforce of 650 employees across 14 locations, Fiona has aligned HR strategy with business growth, rolled out a global HR information system, strengthened employee performance frameworks, and championed diversity and inclusion.
