Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. (OPT), a leader in innovative and cost-effective low-carbon marine power, data, and service solutions, has announced it has achieved a major contractual milestone and completed the build of a new unmanned surface vehicle (USV) for delivery to a survey customer in Latin America.
