The acquisition reinforces Fincantieri’s strategic focus in the Subsea and Marine Energy domains.
Fincantieri announces that it has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of Remazel Engineering S.p.A. (Remazel) from Advanced Technology Industrial Group S.A. As per the terms previously communicated, the price paid for 100% of the share capital is about 65 million euros.
