Nick has come from a Principal Engineer position at Atkins, where he gained over 10 years’ experience in offshore wind and worked on a wide variety of detailed design projects for monopile and jacket structures. At SLPE, he will be tasked with oversight of all WTG projects, as well as managing, growing, and developing SLPE’s team of WTG engineers.
“Nick’s appointment underlines the talent we have built within SLPE, and I am delighted that he has been able to join us”, said Joe Hilton, Director of SLPE. “He is a proven world-class engineer with the experience and skills we need to further establish ourselves as a world-leading design house in the offshore industry. Nick will now focus his attention on further strengthening our WTG offering as we grow as a business and expand into new geographic markets”.
