Solstad Announces Sale of Two AHTS Vessels for $7 Million

Solstad Rederi AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solstad Maritime Holding AS, has sold the AHTS Far Sound and AHTS Far Scimitar.

The sale will result in a total gain—on sale of assets—of approximately $7 Million, to be reflected in Q1 2024.

The vessels have been in layup in Asia since 2016 and 2018. Delivery of the vessels to the new owner took place on February 23, 2024.

Solstad Offshore ASA owns approximately 27% of Solstad Maritime Holding AS.
