The awards comprise the provision of T&I for offshore facilities at the Sepat Integrated Redevelopment Project, and the Belud South Greenfield Development Project, under the existing Contract Provision of Transportation and Installation of Offshore Facilities.
Both work orders are expected to commence in the first quarter of calendar year 2026, with the Belud South scope anticipated for completion by the fourth quarter of calendar year 2027, and the Sepat scope by the third quarter of calendar year 2029.
These operations will be executed by the Group’s Engineering & Construction (E&C) arm, underscoring the Group’s efforts in strengthening E&C’s performance through disciplined execution of its core capabilities; and a strategic shift towards opportunities with lower-risk contracting models.
Commenting on the contract awards, Vantris Energy Group Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Zamri Jusoh said, “These contracts demonstrate Vantris Energy’s offshore T&I capabilities, and our continued focus to deliver sustainable performance across our core businesses, prioritizing opportunities aligned with our capabilities, regional strengths, and risk appetite.”
With a stronger balance sheet following its Restructuring Effective Date in September 2025, Vantris Energy is well-positioned to continue strengthening operational excellence across all its businesses while sustaining positive momentum in its execution and delivery.
