Both vessels are Brazilian-built and flagged and owned by DOFCON Navegação Ltda., a joint venture between DOF Subsea (50%) and TechnipFMC (50%).
Operations will start at latest in February 2022.
Petrobras has awarded DOF Subsea contracts for the pipelay support vessels (PLSVs) Skandi Vitória and Skandi Niteroi a 3 year firm plus option contract for each vessel, via JV partner TechnipFMC and via Norskan Offshore Ltda (a fully owned DOF ASA Company) respectively.
