Jeonnam Offshore Wind 1 is a 96 MW offshore wind project off the coast of Shin-an and is the first commercial-scale project of its kind in South Korea.

South Korea has pledged to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 with an ambitious target to reach 14.3 GW installed capacity from offshore wind by 2030.
