Nexra, Cadeler’s dedicated offshore wind service platform, has signed a firm Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract in Japan, further strengthening the company’s presence in the Asia-Pacific offshore wind aftermarket.

The campaign is scheduled to commence in spring 2026 and is expected to run for approximately 1–2 months. The contract value is of an undisclosed sum.

The work will be executed by Wind Zaratan, which will mobilize to Japan following the completion of scheduled maintenance and upgrades in Singapore. This project further strengthens Cadeler’s track record in the offshore wind market in APAC.

Jacob Gregersen, Cadeler’s Chief Growth Officer, commented: “With Wind Zaratan prepared and positioned in the region, we are able to transition directly from yard stay to project execution. Our teams are accustomed to working within local frameworks, allowing us to deliver efficient service support while minimizing downtime for operating assets.”
