To compile this ranking, Statista surveyed around 85,000 women working at multinational institutions in 36 countries. Its analysts sifted through 750,000 data points to determine which organizations excel in gender equality in career advancement opportunities, parental leave, and more.
I am tremendously proud that TechnipFMC has been named as one of the world’s most female-friendly companies,” said Inclusion, Diversity & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Director Lamonica Spivey. “We strive daily to create a respectful, inclusive corporate culture that showcases our diversity of thought, so we are especially honored to be recognized based on the survey responses of our employees and their peers.”

While TechnipFMC has always prioritized gender diversity and inclusion, Lamonica said the company has demonstrably strengthened that commitment to employees through offerings such as its Inclusive Leadership program and Unconscious Bias training.
“In addition to being excellent training resources, these programs have also created more awareness and open dialogue around Diversity and Inclusion, especially around gender diversity in the workplace,” Lamonica said. “We are so happy that our employees are responding positively to these and other measures, like our hybrid and flexible work programs, and telling us that we’re headed in the right direction.”
Survey participants ranked their employers’ performances across different gender-related topics, including equity in advancement opportunities, as well as general workplace satisfaction questions. Women were also prompted to evaluate other employers in their respective industries.
