Offshore Source Publishes Rhode Island: A Blueprint for the Blue Economy

STUART, Fla. – August 3, 2021 – Offshore Source (OS), a Technology Systems Corporation (TSC) digital publication, today released details of its latest Web Exclusive, Rhode Island: A Blueprint for the Blue Economy. The online interactive feature explores the U.S. Blue Economy through the lens of a single American state, Rhode Island, and profiles the insights and opinions of leaders from the “Ocean State” about sustainable marine development.
