Mr. Jim Garrington, CEO of Shark Marine Technologies, is the recipient of the 2017 Technical Excellence Award presented by the Canadian Divers Certification Board of Canada at the Canadian Underwater Conference and Exhibition this week in Ottawa, Ontario.
