The agreement is in response to increasing industry demand for enhanced optical solutions and real-time inspection data of critical infrastructure across the oil & gas, offshore wind, marine science, power & comms and defense markets.
The new technology and service offerings will be managed through STR’s global network. It will combine STR’s in-house camera systems, cathodic protection (CP), flooded member detection (FMD) equipment, and inspection service offering with SubC Imaging’s leading camera systems, digital video recording (DVR) products, lights and lasers, and real-time data streaming service.
The partnership will provide clients with complementary state-of-the-art products and inspection service offerings for use on manned and unmanned platforms and vessels.
