C-Innovation (C-I), an affiliate of Edison Chouest Offshore (ECO) and its family of companies, has signed a contract with Shell for ROV services in the Gulf of America.

This three-year contract for services in the Gulf of America also has options for two one-year extensions. C-I will undertake work on a minimum of two Shell drill ships, supporting drilling, completion, and intervention operations.

C-I delivers subsea services with the support of one of the largest fleets of work-class ROVs in the Gulf of America and distinguishes itself from the competition through a combination of specialized expertise, integrated services, and a strong operational track record.

Bill Ishee, C-I’s Shell Program Manager, said, “Our objective is clear: to elevate performance standards safely and enhance client satisfaction. With the support of our experienced in-house engineering team, C-I maintains direct control over project execution, enabling rapid adaptation and operational efficiency, often resulting in measurable cost savings for our clients.”

David Sheetz, Vice President of C-I, added, “We are proud to strengthen our relationship with Shell through the award of these drillship support projects in the Gulf of America. This award is a testament to the performance of our teams and the value we bring through safe, efficient, and responsive subsea services.”
