The Framework Agreement will commence this year and has a duration of three years plus four yearly options. The work to be performed under this agreement includes the supply of vessel and services which encompasses survey, IMR and light construction. The agreement is call-off based, meaning that during the course of the frame agreement, Wintershall can award MSS contracts on an as-needed basis.
“We are proud to have been awarded this Frame Agreement with Wintershall. This agreement highlights the confidence in our ability to deliver safe and efficient solutions to meet our clients’ needs and reinforces Swire Seabed’s position as a trusted subsea services provider in the survey, IMR and light construction market,” CEO Swire Seabed, Arvid Pettersen.
