The Blueprint Laboratory Featured at the UI 2018

Underwater Intervention (UI2018) has announced The Blueprint Lab as the feature of this year’s Underwater Technology Showcase. Based in Sydney Australia, The Blueprint Lab develops miniature sub-sea robotics to push the boundaries in remote underwater intervention.

Still in their infancy, The Blueprint Lab brings a fresh view of the industry and will be conducting live demos to showcase the capability of their technology and presentations to share their insights into the future of remote intervention.

UI spoke with Paul Phillips, CEO and co-founder of The Blueprint Lab to discuss what the Underwater Technology Showcase means to a start-up company. Phillips said, “creating a platform to showcase innovative technologies is sure to provide incentive for other companies to push the boundaries in underwater intervention and look at the potential future of the industry.” He added, “it is a great idea and we are thrilled as a start-up, to have the opportunity to showcase our technology and vision.”

The Underwater technology showcase is a must-see addition to UI2018, located just behind booth 233, and is available during all exhibit hours. Please visit the Underwater Intervention website for full details.
