Klein Marine Systems Awarded NAVOCEANO Contract

Klein Marine Systems, a leading provider of high-resolution sonar technology, has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract by the US Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) to provide support and maintenance for its fleet of Klein System 5900 side scan sonars. The five-year contract has been issued on a firm-fixed price (FFP) for a maximum amount of $1.5 million.

The contract underscores NAVOCEANO’s continued trust in Klein’s deep technical expertise and long-standing history of delivering reliable, mission-critical solutions for naval applications. The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) has a fleet of 10 Klein Marine Systems 5900 tow fish systems that are utilized to collect physical oceanographic data. This contract ensures the continued operational readiness of the sonar systems’ critical missions.
