The contract is worth about NOK 400 million for the delivery of an undisclosed number of NSM missiles. The sale is structured as a government-to-government sale between the procurement agencies of Norway and Denmark, FMA and DALO.
Denmark acquired the coastal artillery system in 2025, making it the fifth user country in NATO, alongside Poland, the US, Romania, and Latvia. It has also, separately, ordered NSM missiles for its frigates.
The coastal defense system consists of KONGSBERG’s advanced fire control system, the NSM missile, and launch pads.
