Unity Expands Its Board of Directors with Appointment of Upstream Energy Industry Expert

Unity Well Integrity Limited has appointed Sandy Fettes to its board as a Non-Executive Director to support continued international growth across its range of well integrity and decommissioning solutions.

Mr. Fettes has around 30 years of experience in the international upstream energy industry and has delivered strategic business transformation, corporate HSEA improvements, and technical excellence programs in all operational disciplines across the well lifecycle.

With an early background in civil engineering, Mr. Fettes currently works as an energy industry leadership consultant. Prior to this, he served fourteen years in consecutive senior roles at Fairfield Energy and then EnQuest, where he latterly held the position of Global Wells Director. Here, he was responsible for overseeing all operations across EnQuest’s well construction, intervention, integrity, and decommissioning activities and implemented innovative technical and commercial models to deliver upper quartile performance and improve profitability. With an active interest in the mature wells sector, Mr. Fettes leads the Well Decommissioning Working Group for the trade association Decom Mission.
