Kley, 46, has been with Everllence since 2019. After holding various leadership positions in Strategy, he most recently served as Senior Vice President with responsibility for the company’s Corporate Strategy and M&A activities. Since March 2026, he has headed the Finance function as Finance Director and been an authorized representative of the Executive Board. Before joining Everllence, Kley worked for strategy consultancy Booz & Company and energy technology company Schlumberger. He holds a doctorate in energy economics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
