Travis Niederhauser Named President of Phoenix International Holdings

Phoenix International Holdings (Phoenix) has announced the appointment of Travis Niederhauser to the position of company President effective August 1, 2026. Travis is replacing Patrick Keenan, who is joining the company's board of directors after having served as President for 10 years.

Travis received a B.A. in Geography (Concentration in GIS, Cartography, and Remote Sensing) from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa and earned his commercial diving certificate at the Diver’s Institute of Technology.

In his 13 years at Phoenix, Travis has risen from Diver/Tender to General Manager, and thus has a deep, end-to-end understanding of Phoenix operations, culture, and strategic potential, combined with a proven record of leadership, growth, and execution across multiple business lines.

Patrick Keenan stated: “Travis has the technical, managerial, and leadership skills to steward Phoenix into a new phase of expansion while maintaining the company’s strong ethos of professionalism and safety. Phoenix will prosper under his guidance.”
