Aker BP Acquires 250,000 Own Shares Under Employee Savings Plan

Aker BP has provided an update on the July 15, 2026, announcement that it plans to buy up to 1,500,000 of its own shares under its employee share-saving plan.

In the period from August 24–28, 2026, the company purchased 250,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 348.25. An overview of the transactions and a detailed specification of each individual trade are attached to this announcement.

After these transactions, Aker BP ASA holds 1,283,938 own shares, corresponding to 0.20 percent of the company’s share capital.
