HLV Fairplayer Completes Heavy-Lift Module Offloading in Rotterdam

HLV Fairplayer offloading project cargo in Rotterdam, including three modules weighing 105 t, 156 t, and 280 t. The modules were discharged using two 900 t-capacity cranes in combination with a specially designed modular lifting frame.

This lifting frame was previously used on the SASOL project in 2017. Developed to accommodate modules of various sizes and lifting configurations, it remains a versatile solution that continues to prove its value years later. This operation is a perfect example of why it is kept ready for projects like these.

As shown in the photos, the modules were carefully offloaded onto an awaiting barge.
