While each RTG weighed approximately 150 tonnes, well within the lifting capacity of Fairplayer‘s two 900-tonne cranes, the size and configuration of the units called for meticulous planning and engineering expertise. Thanks to the experience of the company’s project team, led by Senior Port Captain Patrick Lieuw, together with Fairplayer‘s crew, the operation was executed safely and efficiently.

The RTGs have now been delivered to Gulftainer in Khor Fakkan, where they will support the continued development of port operations.
