Greensea IQ will showcase its EverClean Inspection Robot at Stand #L13 during Ocean Business 2025, taking place April 8–10 in Southampton, UK.

Built on the same trusted platform as the EverClean hull cleaning robot, the EverClean Inspection Robot is a standalone, commercially available system designed specifically for underwater inspection. This robot is available for purchase by ship operators, service providers, ports, and infrastructure owners who need reliable, repeatable in-water inspections.

Equipped with integrated cameras, ultrasonic thickness sensors, and forward-looking sonar, the system enables comprehensive visual and structural inspection of underwater assets. It’s ideal for collecting actionable data to support regulatory compliance, maintenance planning, and asset health monitoring.

“With the EverClean Inspection Robot, we’re offering a new hybrid platform capable of both crawling and in-water flight, which greatly enhances underwater inspection capabilities,” said Rob Howard, Chief Growth Officer at Greensea IQ. “It’s an exciting new tool for inspecting vessels, civil infrastructure, and other submerged structures—delivering unmatched access and data collection in challenging environments.”

What sets the EverClean Inspection Robot apart is its hybrid inspection capability, combining stable surface-crawling performance with the ability to maneuver in the water column. This enables detailed inspections along large, flatter surfaces as well as controlled navigation around complex geometries.

The robot uses a non-magnetic attractor system, allowing it to operate effectively across a wide range of hull coatings and materials. While its track-based design handles most flat and gently curved surfaces with ease, surfaces that are highly concave or convex can be visually inspected with high-definition cameras and sonar imagery. The system is capable of inspecting a wide variety of submerged assets—including hull plating, weld seams, tunnel thrusters, sea chests, and underwater infrastructure such as pilings, piers, and offshore platforms.

Ocean Business attendees are invited to visit Stand #L13 to see the EverClean Inspection Robot up close and speak with Greensea IQ staff about use cases, data workflows, and integration options.
