Humble beginnings

Within just a few months of the company being registered in 2016, NexusOcean had secured its first major order. This was the break the young business was looking for and provided an opportunity for NexusOcean to prove its capabilities. A decade on, and that initial client remains a loyal NexusOcean customer—a relationship that represents one of the company’s core values from the start: trust.

Rising demand

By 2017, NexusOcean was operating out of an office in the port city of Vlissingen. By then, the team had expanded to three people. It was during this time that NexusOcean’s partnership with EMC Connect provided valuable support as demand for NexusOcean’s solutions grew and its client base expanded. In 2023, continued growth saw the company open a new office in Middelburg—a reflection of the company’s development that provides it with the opportunity for continued expansion in the coming years.
